
Beet Juice Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 small Beet Peeled and cut into small chunks
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar Preferably organic
- ½ cup Pickled beet juice
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Adjust the seasonings as needed and serve cold over a fresh salad.
