Hello Mission Accomplished Friends!  Attached you will find two Clients of the Quarter… I am HONORED to have BOTH of these gentleman training with me.  Chronologically they may be two of my most “mature” clients BUT BIOLOGICALLY… “WOW”… they are both SHINING examples of what happens when you take care of yourself! Truly lets us know that AGE is NO EXCUSE J  I am PROUD to have them on the MISSION ACCOMPLISHED TEAM! And I hope when I “grow up” I am as active, strong, and FEISTY as they are! I will be posting these on my site blog as well…..

What were your reasons for choosing to work with a trainer/nutritionist?
I wanted the individualized personal attention that only a personal trainer can give and Kim came highly recommended. My main fitness goal is increased stamina and resistance as I approach my very senior years!

How long have you been working/consulting with Mission Accomplished?
Weight training and boxing at Mission Accomplished for 2 years

What are some of your achievements since working with Mission Accomplished?
Achievements include an increase in lean mass, better upper body strength along with more energy and self-esteem. Exercising has made me feel overall much better. I have more energy, more resilience and a better over-all attitude. Kim is the very best trainer I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

What are some difficulties you’ve had along the way & how have you gotten through them?
My greatest difficulty is my sweet tooth so staying away from my wife’s desserts is a challenge. I use will power when possible but when that fails I give away my wife’s desserts.

What were your reasons for choosing to work with a trainer/nutritionist?
Originally to regain strength, balance and confidence lost due to bilateral knee surgery in 2012. I have graduated to yoga, to stay flexible and deal with arthritic spine.

How long have you been working/consulting with Mission Accomplished?
About three years

What are some of your achievements since working with Mission Accomplished?
Increased strength, balance & confidence. Yoga has made me feel good as opposed to weight training which made me tired and sometimes sore. However, I did & continue to maintain strength, so I can pretend I’m not as old as I am.

What are some difficulties you’ve had along the way & how have you gotten through them?
Drinking enough water. I now carry water with me most of the day, but still don’t drink enough
