I’m betting by now, you have heard of, if not, already tried, some version of  the “Keto Diet”.

In this course, I hope to simplify this high fat, moderate protein, low carbohydrate lifestyle (“the what, why, and how to do it”) so you can easily give it a go!  I will also shed some light on many of the common mistakes and myths regarding this way of eating and provide you with resources to get more in-depth information (to “deep dive” into Keto), if you so desire.
